Herdwatch is the market-leading herd management app, used on more than 15,000 farms across the UK and Ireland.

Launched in Ireland in 2014, Herdwatch expanded into the UK market back in 2016. Herdwatch aims to simplify farming – eliminating paperwork and help farmers make better, more informed decisions.

Herdwatch got off to a strong start in Ireland but had an ambitious targets to 7,000 farmers using the app across the UK as well as Ireland.

With a deep understanding of their audience we:
Paid Search was used to increase traffic but also strongly supported conversions
It was important to then work on conversion rate optimisation activity to make the most of the increased traffic
We then focused on YouTube advertising developing several high quality videos to boost awareness which in turn supported the paid search activity
We also supported with developing a number of case studies videos which were organic posted on YouTube
