Andy founded Hillsgreen following a decade of working in Digital Marketing. With a passion for the food and farming sector, Andy created Hillsgreen to bring marketing expertise to the agribusiness sector. When he’s not in the office he can be found on farm, running or just being run ragged by his 3 children!

Ashleigh is our Paid Media and Social Manager. A seasoned marketing professional with over eight years’ experience in paid media, social and digital marketing, Ashleigh brings a wealth of knowledge across a range of industries, including hospitality and agriculture, giving her a deep understanding of diverse business landscapes.

In her free time, Ashleigh is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two beloved Cocker Spaniels, Otto and Ivy. With her passion for creative marketing and her rural upbringing, Ashleigh is a fantastic addition to the Hillsgreen team!

Chloe joined the Hillsgreen team as a Marketing Assistant, Chloe is currently planning organic social activity for some of our clients alongside completing an apprenticeship in digital marketing. Chloe is eager to learn about the different areas of marketing and how this can be used to promote the agricultural industry. When out of the office, Chloe can be found at Young Farmers socials and competitions, or out socialising with her friends and family.

With roots on Lancashire dairy farms and a Master’s in Marketing specialising in AI, Ed combines hands-on agricultural experience with cutting-edge expertise. An AI expert with seven years in digital marketing, Ed has delivered results across PPC, SEO, email, and CRM for organisations like the LAMMA Show and Farmers Guardian. His insights from commodities trading and buying groups give him a sharp edge in the agricultural sector.

Outside of work, Ed is an active Thai boxing fighter, bringing focus and determination to both the ring and his marketing strategies.

Meg is a Client Success Executive at Hillsgreen with a lifelong connection to rural life from growing up on a family farm. She is completing a degree apprenticeship in Digital Marketing alongside her role, combining real-world experience with her studies. Before joining Hillsgreen, Meg worked in an agency where she developed skills in client relations and marketing strategy.

Passionate about the agricultural industry and with a love of people, Shabawn’s role is Head of Relationships. From leading team development and company culture to managing our growing team of influencers and content creators, Shabawn is the go-to person for everything ‘people’ and relationships! When not in the office, Shabawn can be found running, baking or out on the farm with her family.

With 7 years experience in the marketing world under his belt, Tom has developed successful marketing strategies across various channels, from PPC and SEO to Organic Social, Email campaigns, and CRM management. Tom is a seasoned professional ready to bring his skills and knowledge to our dynamic environment. Beyond the office Tom is a passionate 7-a-side football player, a fitness enthusiast at the gym, and has a love for socialising.
