Since the business launched in March 2018, we now employ a team of 14 and we’re continuing to grow our pool of talent.
Our team is everything to us. We have worked hard to build a positive and people-focused culture. Not only is the on-boarding process about selecting the right skill sets, but it’s also focused around finding the right people fit for the team, and the business. As we hit this new milestone, we will continue to celebrate our successes and achievements. One of the most recent achievements includes, not only making waves within the agricultural sector, but within the marketing industry too, winning ‘Best Small Budget Campaign’ at the 2022 Prolific North Marketing Awards and ‘Best Small Agency’ at the Northern Digital Awards 2023!
