Behind that business are people, which is why your personal brand and business brand should align. This is particularly apparent when working in a B2B capacity.
LinkedIn in particular gives scope for individuals to connect with other people working within a similar industry. Whether that be to find new business, reach out for new job opportunities, or simply to start a conversation about your thoughts and business insights.
