We’re looking for a new team member!

2020 has been an interesting year so far to say the least, but we have been extremely busy here at Hillsgreen. We’ve been working on a lot of exciting campaigns and concentrating on driving our own marketing forward. Because of this, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help support our business development and client services teams.

As Marketing Executive your main responsibility will be assisting with the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and PR. The role will also oversee the execution of Hillsgreen’s marketing strategy and support the delivery of sales proposals.

We are looking for someone who has had a minimum of a year previous experience in marketing, whether this was in a full-time role or a recent placement year. You must have an interest or passion for working with rural and agribusinesses, and it is essential that you have a good sense of humour!

Key skills required

1. Marketing Strategy
Understanding clients’ businesses, their commercials, their market and objectives.

2. Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages according to audience.

3. Commercial Awareness
Results focused with the ability to analyse campaign performance.

4. Self-Development
Willingness to seek out new areas for self-development and be proactive to learn new skills.

5. Relationship Building
Can build relationships easily with both the internal team members and external clients.

6. Organised and Analytical
Ability to oversee several campaigns and manage own workload. Able to assess client data to find trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management & Reporting
Responsible for the delivery of marketing campaigns and their results. Providing reports and insight detailing the campaign performance.

2. Content Creation
Assisting with the creation of a variety of content for Hillsgreen and our clients including written, graphic, and video.

3. Business Development
Assisting with the implementation of Hillsgreen’s marketing strategy. This includes key Hillsgreen initiatives such as the Rural Roundtable, Mission 4 Milk and Cultivate.

4. Sales Meetings & Proposals
Working with the business development team to support with meetings and prospective client communication including proposal writing.

5. Project Management
Internally assisting the client services team with the delivery of client campaigns. This will involve liaising with Hillsgreen partners to ensure that the project remains on track and the client achieves their objectives.

6. Account Administration
Assist with client / campaign administration, using in-house systems such as Trello and HubSpot.
